Report a Hate Crime
Transgender related hate crimes are unfortunately one of the least
accurately reported crimes, either because the victim doesn't want to
draw attention to it, or the crime is incorrectly classified. This
unfortunately means that law enforcement doesn't have a good picture of
the scope of the problem. Only by increasing the visibility of these
hate crimes can we do something about combating them.
One of our goals at TGLady is to correct that, and you can help us.
If you were a victim of such a crime, or have detailed knowledge of an
incident, please let us know about it by clicking here to send an email
to
victim@tglady.com. We appreciate the
sensitivity of the information and will respect your privacy, however
the more detail that you can give, the better.
